In some situations, you might want to pause a lead so they stop receiving the rest of the emails in the mail sequence. A common case would be they got in touch through another avenue or channel.
Navigate to the Email campaign tab > Lead list.
Search for the lead you want to pause > Hover over the lead name.
Click on the pencil icon > Pause lead.
