Interest Levels: The AI scans for keywords, phrases, and sentiments to determine the level of interest expressed by the recipient.
For example, if someone responds with a phrase like "I'm interested," "Let's set up a meeting," or "Tell me more," the AI flags this as a potential lead.
Negative responses, such as requests for removal from the mailing list or uninterested replies, are filtered separately to maintain the focus on positive replies.
Our system takes immediate action whenever we receive a response that shows any level of interest. Here’s what happens next:
Forwarding to you: Once the AI detects an interested response, it is forwarded directly to your email.
