đź’ˇSubsequences are pre-templated sequences that we use to reply to the conversations and automate follow-ups.
Once we get a reply from a lead, we categorize it according to the status below.

Information Request - someone requesting more information
Action Steps: once they are tagged, the lead automatically gets a response that enrolls them into the information sequence that we wrote for you. If they don’t reply to the initial email, they’ll get two follow-ups before we stop contacting them.

Referral Request - someone requesting that we reach out to someone else in another department
Action Steps: once they are tagged, we forward the email conversation to the person that the lead mentioned to reach out to.
Auto Reply - someone giving us an automatic reply once we’ve sent them an email
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “Auto-Reply”, we stop any future email threads to this individual from this campaign
No Longer Works Here - we get an automatic reply indicating that they no longer work at the company
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “No Longer Works Here”, we stop any future email threads to this individual from this campaign
Unsubscribe Request - someone requesting that we don’t reach back to them or is showing signs of aggression
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “unsubscribe”, we stop any future email threads to this individual from this campaign and we add this contact to the Do-Not-Contact list so that they are not reached out to ever again on behalf of you
Not Interested - someone who is politely declining us
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “Not Interested”, we stop any future email threads to this individual from this campaign
Positive Custom Reply - someone who is showing interest and doesn’t fit into the subsequence category and requires a custom reply
Action Steps: we use Quillbot and ChatGPT to form a reply to the lead
Reviewal (Sent To Client) - someone who is asking for information that only the client can answer
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “Reviewal (Sent To Client)”, we send you the conversation to help us draft a reply. Once we get your reply, we feed that into ChatGPT and Quillbot to help write an even more structured reply back to the lead
Out of Office - an automatic reply letting us know that they’re out of office
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “Out of Office”, we pause any future email threads to this individual from this campaign for 7 days. On the 7th day, we’ll resume the campaign.
Meeting-Ready-Lead - a person showing interest and wants to coordinate a time to speak
Action Steps: once they are tagged as “Meeting-Ready-Lead”, we send this lead your way to handle setting the appointment
