Your Master Inbox includes all replies you've received from every active campaign. If you have two active campaigns, you'll be able to see replies for both campaigns. Replies in the master inbox include leads who have indicated that they are not interested, out-of-office responses, and even automated emails.
DO NOT respond to any emails as this will impact the work of our inbox management team. At Leadbird, we follow a very specific process to ensure all leads are responded to timeously. Our team will categorize the emails and have them enrolled in the appropriate subsequences.
NOTE: Replies in the Master Inbox typically show up about 30-45 minutes after they reach the actual inbox.
